Dr. Afolabi M.M

Afolabi, M. Mojirayo is an expert in Gender Studies. A Senior Research Fellow/lecturer in Gender Studies, she obtained a PhD degree in Gender Studies from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. Her areas of interest include Gender and Social Policy Issues, Gender and Development, Human Resources Development, Poverty Alleviation, Economics, Agriculture, Sociology of Education, ageing, and work with local communities as a change agent. For over three decades she has lectured, conducted research and engaged in various community services at local, national and international levels. She has published widely nationally and internationally in these areas. Her professional experience includes facilitating workshops, seminars, public lectures and conferences. She is a reviewer in these areas for national and international journals.
